Often times I draw something just to capture an idea that I do not want to forget.

Then after it’s done, I take a look and feel a little frustration that it is not quite what I imagined.

Days go by, and I come back to it.  And I see that actually, what I made is quite nice as it is.

There’s a metaphor in this.

    That is so true! And with life, not just art. Sometimes stepping away from people, places, and situations can make you realize how great they are
